One Community

We're proud of our Crestbridge culture and we think it’s important we offer all our people opportunities to get involved in a wide variety of activities outside the workplace.

We call it “One Community,” run by our people, for our people and the communities around us, and designed to make life more fun and give back to the communities that we're based in.

We offer charitable and community events, environmental projects and sports, social and wellbeing activities. This means people work and mix with colleagues from across the business, build on their strengths and talents inside and outside of work, and make a sustainable positive difference.

We encourage everyone to work together towards a unified goal and are part of the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), whose mission is to mobilise a global movement of sustainable companies and stakeholders to create a future world we want.

To make this happen, the UNGC supports companies, like Crestbridge, to:

• do business responsibly by aligning their strategies and operations with ten principles on human rights, labour, environment, and anti-corruption
• take strategic actions to advance broader societal goals, such as the UN Sustainable Development Goals, and emphasise collaboration and innovation
