The foundation for a career in Finance
Would you like to work in Finance but are unsure of which area you might be best suited to? Do you want to stand out from the crowd with hands-on experience gained across several client-facing departments?

Our fast-track, two-year rotational programme offers school leavers and graduates the chance to spend eight months at a time working as a Trainee Administrator in three of our client-facing departments. Whilst gaining hands-on experience through the day-to-day work, you will also study towards becoming a level 2, professionally qualified administrator!

How does it work?
If successful, you will be allocated to one of the following two rotation schemes, spending eight months in each of the service line departments. Then, once you have completed your full two-year rotation, successful trainees will then join one of the three teams on a permanent basis.

Secondments, opportunities and future employment
With our fast-track scheme, you will have the chance to be promoted to Administrator Level 1 after the first year, and to Administrator Level 2 at the end of the programme, provided that certain objectives are met.*

Should you be chosen to continue your employment with Crestbridge after the trainee rotational programme, there will also be opportunities to be considered for a potential secondment to one of our global jurisdictions once you have spent six months in your permanent team at the end of the programme.

*Promotion will be subject to certain performance, behavioural and professional qualification objectives being met.
