Ireland has become an important hub for the cross-border distribution of funds into the European Economic Area and global markets. Our Irish office is located on one of Dublin’s most elegant streets, The Georgian Mile. Based in the heart of Dublin City Centre, Fitzwilliam Place (Cearnóg Mhic Liam), the office is a short walk from the Grand Canal train station and Charlemont Luas station, and is close to the Aircoach to the airport and N11 bus route. For those who want to cycle, the office is adjacent to one of the main Dublin Bike racks. 

Our growing team in Ireland is led by Andrea Lennon, Director, Head of Fund Services, who has over 20 years’ experience in the investment funds industry. She’s worked with asset managers and asset owners across Europe, the US and Asia, and is focused on providing a culture of service excellence to clients.

Our UK offices

We opened our first UK office in London in 2015, and our second in Southampton in 2021, each providing a range of services to the alternative investment funds community and corporate entities. With offices in both London and Southampton, you have the option of working in two great cities in the UK.

In London, our office is based in the heart of Mayfair, a short walk from Green Park (Jubilee, Piccadilly and Victoria Lines), Piccadilly Circus (Bakerloo and Piccadilly Lines), and Oxford Circus (Victoria, Central and Bakerloo Lines) underground stations. Our vibrant, exciting London team is on the doorstep of our industry-leading clients and intermediaries.

Our newest office in Southampton provides multi-location support and is a fast-growing hub of technical and operational expertise for the Group. Southampton has plenty to offer, close to the coast as well as the New Forest, all within easy reach of London and our UK based clients.

We’ve recently celebrated our 10th anniversary in Luxembourg, a major hub for financial services in Europe. Our office works with corporates and the investment funds community to deliver a range of tailored services. Our office is located in Luxembourg’s business district, which is home to the country’s largest banks, headquarters of Luxembourg Stock Exchange and several European Union institutions. The office benefits from a great public transport system and the motorways to France, Germany and Belgium are all within five minutes drive. You can enjoy the City’s shops and cafes plus the Municipal Park, an oasis of calm, all just a short walk away from the office for you to recharge your batteries.

Our Luxembourg office is led by Anne Catherine Grave, who has over 20 years' experience in the Private Equity and Real Estate sectors. She is responsible for leading our business in Luxembourg and building on our excellent reputation as a leading service provider for fund managers.

Our US offices

New Jersey

Our New Jersey office focuses on US private equity and real estate funds. The Garden State is a quick commute to New York City, with our recently refurbished office being in close proximity to Convent Station and Morristown Train Station, both have a regular service to New York’s Penn Station.

Its reputation as a city of opportunity is well-deserved, hard work, determination, and focused effort. The four million people packed into a few square miles of Manhattan make for a stunning variety of cultural experiences and our office is located right at its heart. 

Our US offices are led by Scot Hadley, Managing Director, who has nearly 30 years’ experience in accounting and financial services with a specific focus on the real estate industry and its services. Our US offices are a key focus for our strategic growth and development.


For over twenty years, we have been working with the alternative investment funds community and corporates in Jersey. One of the most well-established offshore centres, Jersey is perfect for career progression and provides a great opportunity to gain experience with global companies in financial services. Our Jersey office is our largest office with a new collaboration area to help develop our agile and flexible working culture. Our reinvented office space supports our hybrid working, encourages team collaboration and inspires creativity.
